Last week I was a guest at a Writing for Publication course at the College of Mount St. Joseph in Ohio. The students were interested in gaining distribution of their work in a wide range of topics including personal essays.
One idea I suggested was the UN World Food Programme's (WFP) Bloggers Against Hunger. This site offers an opportunity to help the WFP fight global hunger and distribute your writings at the same time. If you are new to writing for publication, here is a way you can get started.
