Navyn Salem, the director of Edesia, just issued a year in review letter of the organization's fight against child hunger. When disasters struck Haiti and Pakistan children were placed at risk of severe malnutrition. Edesia produced some of the foods used by aid agencies to treat infant children caught in these tragedies.
