On Tuesday the charity Feeding America warned of the consequences of the House Agriculture Committee's cuts to food stamps on the Farm Bill.
The House committee currently plans to cut $16.5 billion from the
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (aka SNAP, or food stamps).
